If you are looking to request a quote for a product, go to the "Parts Products Catalog," find the product you are looking for, and select the button that says "Request a Quote." 

After the Total Price and Shipping Costs are approved by the customer and by BorthAutoParts, then a PayPal invoice will be emailed to the customer. 

At this time, BorthAutoParts only takes payment through PayPal with Credit Cards or Money Orders/Checks mailed to the shop address. 

PayPal is a secure payment method and takes ALL credit cards. 

Shipping varies for each product. For shipping costs, contact us by going to the item you would like to order and use the Request A Quote form on the product page. 

Normally, we ship within 5 business days from receipt of payment. You need to order enough time in advance for the part to be packed so that it can be shipped by the mail day. If it is ordered on or after the ship day, it will be mailed the week after. 

Post Office shipping days are Tuesdays/Wednesdays.

FedEx/UPS shipping days are Thursdays/Fridays.

WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. 

Yes, we do! In the USA, we ship out with USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Out of the region/USA, we only ship with USPS.

No problem. Sometimes parts will be posted without a price. If you are interested in the product, follow the instructions above for requesting a quote for the product and BorthAutoParts will send it over.

No, we do not. Although we may carry a few parts for a specific car, we do not carry all the parts for that car. What you see is what you get.
